The Idea. Personal, guided tuition in the humanities.

The Idea. Personal, guided tuition in the humanities.

Notes to Literature offers personalised higher-education tuition in the humanities. We run three yearly seminars and offer twelve individual modules on a select range of classics in world literature and philosophy. All of our courses are available on a one-to-one or small group basis. Our core idea is that a foundational and integrated study of the humanities can be attained in 12 four-week courses on classical and contemporary texts. Equally important is our belief that such study offers an essential pathway to a critical understanding of ourselves and the world we share. Get in touch now for a free chat.

  1.   Extend your cultural and historical frame of reference

  2.   Develop your core critical and analytical skills in relation to poetry, philosophy and          history.

  3.   Establish reading and critical habits that will be self-sustaining.
